Ability to change Product Collection order in the store

Allows user to change the ordering of the Product Collection in the store. Similar to how you can change the order of products in a collection.

Currently, it appears that when you add a Product Collection element to the store, it automatically orders it by Product Collection creation date.

yesss! I have my products in no sort of sensical order at all because of when I created them. Should be able to rearrange them in the product section and have that carry over to the collection.
