Dual publish newsletter email as blog post

Add an option to emails so that we can select if we simply want to send an email, OR if we would also like to publish the email blog post as well. This is the main feature we like about beehiiv since our email newsletter is our blog content.

I would 100% love this as well. Right now I format my broadcast, then I have to spend time copying and pasting it all to a blog post. It doesn't copy easily and the lists are especially tricky to copy over. This would be a SUPER helpful addition! Thanks!
